April 2026 Lunch with María José Martabitt
María José will put us up to date on global trends in Artificial Intelligence (AI), its opportunities and risks, and the invisible biases that can shape the decisions we make.
She's the Founder & CEO of Theodora AI and Lab, a pioneering Chilean deep-tech company focused on detecting and mitigating bias through artificial intelligence. It combines AI, applied neuroscience, and data analysis to make visible the biases and patterns that can influence organizational decisions.
María José is a lawyer and a professor of law. She is also an internationally recognized speaker on artificial intelligence, technology, ethics, and algorithmic justice, having presented at major global forums including VivaTech Paris, the United Nations, Microsoft AI Tour, and Congreso del Futuro. She has been recognized as one of Chile’s 100 Women Leaders and, more recently, for her contribution to responsible technology and innovation.
